To enhance clarity while planning, we added a new report "Overlapping Person Histories Report". This allows users to identify for which of all seafarers overlapping periods exist that need rectification.
Seafarer's payroll payslips now can be exported as PDF file. The same option is also available in CFM Crew Portal.
A new dedicated 'Flight Details' subtab is now available. It provides a quick overview of all flights with issues for off- and on-signing seafarers. This means that you no longer have to open each seafarer's flight individually, saving you time and effort.
Payroll (custom) settings can now be specified per seafarer’s contract type, either voyage or permanent contract.
API endpoints have been extended: New API endpoints for fetching certificate types and certificates and to create, update or delete certificates of a specific seafarer are now available.
CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.
There have been several enhancements to the newly added Equipment Component Transfer feature:
To improve visibility and component tracking a new column was added to show component's current location, additionally, there now is a top bar tab filter to show component status (Agent, Garbage, Sell, Warehouse, Workshop).
A dedicated subtab for active and historical ‘Component Transfers’ was added to the ‘Equipment’ tab.
Several smaller improvements such as the option to filter agents by ports or schedules, new workflows and changes to the selectable units have been implemented.
CFM MARPOL ERB allows you to record and keep track of all information with regards to the Oil Record Book (I + II), Cargo Record Book, Garbage Record Book, and Ozone depleting substances. By visualising the pending submissions and their respective status, the dashboard always provides the most relevant data at a glance.

To enhance overview, a dashboard was added to CSM MARPOL ERB containing the cards 'Records Awaiting Master's Approval', 'Records Awaiting Re-Approval', 'Draft Records', and 'Pending Records'.
An audit log is now available for each record type. This keeps track of the date and time, user's name that conducted the activity, the added or edited content, as well as the record's status during the activity. Additionally, dedicated statuses for each record type were introduced to reflect the workflow more precise. The statuses include Draft, Finalized, Pending Verification, Draft with Correction, and Approved.
